Representation of buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial real estate transactions throughout New York State, with a focus in St. Lawrence, Jefferson and Lewis Counties. Licensed Title Insurance Agent in NYS. Estate Planning General family estate planning, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, life use transfers, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts. Probate & Estate Administration Representation of Executors/Administrators throughout the probate process, including appointment of executors/administrators through Surrogate's Court, assistance with marshaling of assets and liabilities, informal or formal settlement, as required, and final distribution. We also handle ancillary estate proceedings for non-resident decedents and voluntary administration. Our office does not currently handle Will contests. Contracts & Business Law Contracts, Partnership Agreements, formation of LLCs, share transfer and membership interest agreements and other related matters.
